Who we are.
Globnex —the commercial name of Global Nexus Defense, S.L.U.— is a Spanish firm dedicated to regulated defense-trade intermediation and trading. We connect European manufacturers with institutional buyers, managing every operation end to end within the Spanish and European legal framework.

How we operate.
We operate exclusively with States and public bodies of allied countries, under administrative authorization for each operation. We do not manufacture, store or physically handle material. Our role is to ensure that every operation is executed legally, verified and fully documented.

No. We do not manufacture, store or physically handle any material. Material travels directly from the manufacturer to the final buyer. Our role is to connect, structure and guarantee the legality of each operation.
We represent European defense manufacturers and serve institutional buyers exclusively: states, ministries and armed forces of allied countries.
Legality and control
Yes. Defense material trade is one of the most heavily regulated activities that exist. We operate under Law 53/2007 and its implementing regulation, with registration in the Special Registry of Operators (REOCE) and government authorization for every operation.
Each operation requires individual authorization from the interministerial board (JIMDDU). Before anything advances, we verify the end user and run sanctions screening (EU, UN, OFAC) on all parties. No operation moves forward without clearing these controls.
We operate exclusively within the European Union, with authorized destinations and end users. We do not operate toward embargoed destinations under any structure.
How we work
We follow a four-phase process: screening and verification of the parties, regulatory authorization, and documented execution. Compliance always precedes the operation.
We work under a written representation mandate, with transparent commercial terms. We can also act as principal, acquiring and reselling the material, always under the same regulatory standard.
