Regulatory framework.
Globnex operates under Law 53/2007 and Royal Decree 679/2014 governing Spanish foreign trade in defense material, and conducts its registration in the Special Registry of Foreign Trade Operators (REOCE). Each operation requires and receives individual authorization from Spain's interministerial board (JIMDDU), assessed under the eight criteria of EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP.
