Legal texts of Global Nexus Defense, S.L.U. (trading as “Globnex”). Registration details will be completed once the company is registered with the Commercial Registry of Barcelona. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

Scope
These terms govern the use of the globnex.net website.
They do not govern defense trade operations, which are subject to specific written contracts and to the required regulatory authorizations.
Acceptable use
Users agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt access to restricted areas, not to introduce malicious code and not to extract content by automated means without authorization.
Intellectual property
All site content is owned by Global Nexus Defense, S.L.U. or used under licence and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Liability and disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of continuous availability or freedom from error. To the extent permitted by law, Global Nexus Defense, S.L.U. is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or of the information it contains.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law and submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless a different mandatory venue applies.
