Manufacturer representation.

We represent European defense manufacturers before institutional buyers under written mandate.

How it works

Written mandate: A representation agreement with defined territory, exclusivity and terms.
Transparent remuneration: Monthly retainer plus a success fee on closed operations. No hidden commissions, no undisclosed third parties.
Sectors: Ammunition and components, unmanned and counter-unmanned systems, electronics and optics, spares and MRO.
Market access: We open institutional channels a manufacturer cannot reach on its own.

Suited to manufacturers with exportable product but no international commercial structure of their own.

When an institutional buyer needs a capability, we locate the right manufacturer in our network.

What it includes

Targeted search: We identify which manufacturer can meet the exact requirement.
Verified options: We present available alternatives, with real specifications and lead times.
Pre-assessed regulatory path: Each option arrives with its export viability already analysed.
State end users only: We work exclusively with states and licensed entities.

03Services

When the operation requires it, Globnex acts as principal: it buys from the manufacturer and resells to the buyer.

How it works

Title of the operation: We take on both the purchase and the sale, holding the contract on both sides.
No physical handling: The material ships directly from manufacturer to end user. We never touch it.
Secure payment structure: Operations backed by instruments such as letters of credit, synchronising purchase and sale (back-to-back).
Same standard: Principal operations are executed under the same regulatory and documentary rigour as intermediation.

We manage each transaction from start to finish, with compliance at the centre.

What it includes

Sanctions screening: Every party checked against EU, UN and OFAC lists.
End-user verification: Documented confirmation of who will use the material.
Authorization: Filing of export licences and the case before Spain's JIMDDU.
Complete documentation: A full, traceable and auditable record of every operation.

We do not stock, transport or physically handle material.
We do not work with non-state end users.
We do not operate toward embargoed destinations under any structure.
We decline operations that cannot withstand full documentation — and we document our refusals.
